Virtual Training Systems.
We will design, build, and install the system for your needs. We provide all the hardware, software, and Networking tools to insure your company can start remote training quickly.
Learning Management System.
We will configure your server, and design an LMS for your needs. We can host it and provide service maintenance.
Training Courseware development.
We can design eLearning by enhancing existing course ware with mutimedia or start from scratch, working with knowledge experts. We are equipped to shoot video, design animation & graphics, & effectively write in a modular, re-usable format. Our goal is to convert complex ideas into easily understandable learning.
If you are short on personnel or just don't want the extra work, we can administer your LMS server. We will enter and edit users and administrators, set up courses, and do general administration of your LMS server.
The cost associated with training your service, sales, and marketing personnel can be significant. On-site training requires a schedule, equipment, and available personnel. For those located off-site or who work remotely, travel is required. On-site customer training necessitates equipment shipping costs, and setup.
Loss of knowledge & Skilled teachers retiring:
This is a growing problem for companies as more and more people are aging out of various jobs that traditional training is not supporting. Sometimes, skills that are still necessary to do many jobs are not currently being taught in traditional schools. Often, these careers are not even on young people's ‘radar’.
Instructors may be aging out. Some would love to continue their job but just can’t travel anymore or want to continue part time. A Virtual Training system could be installed in a business (or even a home office) so instructors could extend their work life, and help a company transition over time.
Efficient use of time:
In a traditional classroom environment students can be distracted by their job responsibilities and may have restricted access to training equipment.
A virtual system including online training allows students to learn from home or their office as they have additional time.
In a traditional classroom, students may have different skill levels and learning abilities. The instructor has to treat everyone evenly. As a result the training can slow down.
Blended learning is a term that defines a methodology of teaching using a combination of training methodologies. These can include traditional classroom training, live online instructor led training with access to software, lessons, media, and hardware through a network connection, and eLearning.
Blended learning can be very effective and is sometimes considered better then other methodologies because of the students ability to work with an instructor, or alone; offline, or online; depending on their needs.
Classroom training must cater to the entire class and the attending students levels (which can vary depending on skills and knowledge). Blended learning can be as self paced as the design allows.
Students can communicate directly to the instructor just like they would in traditional classrooms but at their own time. Depending on the instructors availability, a student can get an answer to a question via electronic means or via the next online training lesson.
Students may be able to access demo equipment online when they need to in addition to normal classroom hours.
Virtual training is the concept of combining e-Learning and online instructor lead courses. This means that the instructor and students can be located in entirely different parts of the world.
It can also allow for demo equipment access from any location the student may reside. This makes for cost effective and self paced training.
E-Learning is self paced online training material that can be used stand alone, or as part of a blended learning course.
It can be modular in nature and is typically located on a server using a Learning Management System that students can have access to at any time during the course.
It can contain support material, review information, or pre-requisite material that can save hours in a classroom.
It is typically in the form of multimedia using audio, video, animation, graphics, text, and quizzes to teach materials.
A LMS or Learning Management System is a Client Server system that can deliver training materials, quizzes, interaction with students and teachers, and many other kinds of information.
There are a variety of communication and networking tools that are required to make these systems work.
